Las Terrazas is a small eco-village and nature reserve in the province of Artemisa, Cuba. Located in the Sierra del Rosario mountains, it was designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1984. Its vibrant art community holds showcases with open studios, woodwork and pottery workshops. Asides from learning a new craft, travelers can hike the Cordillera de Guaniguanico mountain range or relax by the hillside of man-made terraces.
